Ordered goods are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer when entering orders.
The goods are dispatched by the transport company which the customer has chosen when entering an order
 
For transport of goods within the Czech Republic, we use Direct Parcel Distribution CZ s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as DPD) and United Parcel Service Czech Republic, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as UPS).
 
Shipments dispatched via DPD with delivery to address may have a maximum weight of 31.5kg, both within the Czech Republic and when transporting abroad.
Shipment dispatched via DPD with delivery to DPD Pickup Points may have a maximum weight of 20 kg.

The maximum weight of consignments sent by UPS is essentially unlimited and the price of transport is calculated on the basis of current price lists issued by UPS.

If the weight of the ordered goods is higher than that limit of the maximum weight of the package, the order will be divided into the required number of packages.

The goods are typically sent to the next working day of receipt of a complete payment to our account or authorization payment by credit card.

If a cash on delivery payment is selected (hereinafter referred to as COD) in the order, the goods are sent typically the following working day after the order is placed by customer.

Payment for goods is charged by the delivery company when handing over the shipments to the customer.
COD payment are available only for shipment delivered within Czech Republic. Not available for international shipments.

In the event of a personal collection selected, it is necessary to wait for notification email for personal collection. Personal collection is after receiving the notification email possible at the office Blue-Cell, s.r.o.m Na Beránce 57/2, Praha 6, 160 00.

Shipping costs outside EU do NOT include customs duties or value added taxes (VAT), which vary depending upon destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the package recipient and are NOT included in order price.

All orders are shipped with a commercial invoice.
